Hi!
Anyone got a list of Pitt Bull Lovers groups and other organizations that would like to take some/all of 30+ pitts from Winn Dixie. They have been eagerly waiting to be transported. We have some addresses but you may know of others we don't.

I heard that some of them are affluent people.

Of course, need the location & care confirmed first. Don't want to cause another problem for the dogs.

Laurie (ISaveNow) and Rich are trying to get them moved, as you probably know.

Thanks

Pitts, Laurie (ISaveNow) & Rich need help-Winn Dixie:

I would email them & phone them too. I do not have health details although, some are most likely heartworm positive. I would just solicit for help & see where we get without bringing up health issues. We will work out health issues after we get a dialogue going with a group.

I am still working on big money for transport so, tell them:

1. 30 pitties need fostering
2. If they have no means of transport we will transport to them
3. Be sure you get names, numbers & addresses

Even if a group could take a few, list them, & dont make any promises until transport issues are solved.

Tell them I will confirm the arrangement, travel dates, etc.
please give them my number if they will take dogs.

Karen, SpeckledBird at Livewire.FM has already emailed a letter to teh below listed groups. A follow-up call to them and a volunteer to make it happen is needed.

Who can help? Know anyone who can?

Thanks!
