I was craving something sweet after dinner tonight, so I had a banana....my 6th one today.
Wonder if that means my body is lacking the nutrients found in bananas?

I agree that it may be a lack of potassium. That is whay a lot of pregnant women craze bananas and pickels, the high potassium levels.

How many bananas does it take to get an overdose of it? I couldn't imagine getting a banana overdose, is it even possible? Because I would definitely be full by the time I eat my 2nd banana. Bananas have several vitamins and minerals that are important for the body and plus it contains potassium good for our well being also.

LOL I seriously doubt that you can overdose on bananas. You obviously need potassium though.

ewww....just the thought of bananas, much less nearly overdosing on them. Okay, so I don't like bananas and the thought of putting one in my mouth makes me sick to the stomach... :p But I agree, I don't think you can overdose, it's just your body's way of saying "I need something!" :)

I dont think you can overdose. Bananas are a good source of potassium. I have ate about 3 in one day. I like to eat them in my cereal and make shakes with them.
