I wonder what people use to get there bodies into shape. I, personally, was quite lazy before to go to the gym or exercise to lose weight so I drank about almost anything available OTC....Well after all those stuff, I did lose some weight but the downside was I did develop hypertension. Now, I've learned enough and would considering exercising as the best option for keeping my body fit. Now I exercise regulary. How about you?:jump:

Exercise!!! Most definitely. Who knows what the side effects of diet pills might be a smost are NOT regulated by the FDA. Plus i just think it's ridiculous for someone to think I am going to take this little magic pill and wake-up skinny....

I would definitely agree with LeighA, nothing beats the power of exercise. Diet pills might be hazardous for other people unlike exercise which is healthy not only for our physical body but of all our important organs as well especially for the heart.

Yes, very true. Even many of the medications that were said to be safe are now on the dangerous list, so exercise is definitely the better choice between the two here.

And exercise gives you a heck of a lot more than weight loss pills ever could. It not only revs up your metabolism but increases lean muscle mass, strengthens bones, strengthens your heart and lungs -- all of which can help reduce the possibilities of getting heart disease and even cancer.

Looks like the consensus is for exercise, not diet pills. Winter is a hard time to exericise, it's too cold outside to go walking.
I think many people put on a few extra pounds in winter.

Quite honestly i shed some weight and did it through controled portion in respects to how much activity i done. That dropped me plenty of weight. It is simply a matter of control. Sometimes that control can be difficult to obtain. Food is yummy i know it sucks.
