Do NOT go to St. Bernard Parish, NOLA by yourself!!
In fact, only go in presence of friendly, law abiding police. I would suggest law enforcement outside of Louisiana for now.
Be Careful.....any get anybodies business card who threathenes you w/ arrest, gator food, or whatever.
Better yet, take along a news camera crew too! I am not joking even tho I am using some humor.
