I admit it! I'm 22 and I still take Flintstones vitamins. I take the Complete formula, which is desgined to work for adults as well as children. I just can't stand swallowing pills. I need to chew my supplements.
However, I'm not sure I'm getting adequate supplements from the Completes, even if they do work for adults. Anybody know of any decent chewable vitamins specifically designed for adults?

Nothing wrong with that at all! I think Flintstones even has adult directions on the bottle. I do Viactiv chews in both multi vitamins and calcium. They even come in flavors. :clapping:

There are plenty of chewable adult vitamins - Viactiv is good - though you can find a lot if you go to a health food store. They also have liquid vitamins. I stay away from Flinstones vits for my boys because they have artificial colors and flavors.

Some vitamin is better than no vitamin. I take a regular multi-vitamin, but I used to be a Flintstone Kid as well.

The viactive ones taste good they even come in chocolate and they have extra calcium but they have other adult chewable vitamins too at least at the Walmart around here.

Yes, this is a good thing to have available. I spent much too much time taking huge gaggable vitamins when I could have been doing chewable or liquid... no more of that, luckily!

Love those chocolate Viactivs. It's getting so almost every supplement I take is chewable, multi- vit, extra C and Omega 3. If the Flinstones vitamins say on the label they work for adults, you should be fine but if you're not sure, it might be worth your time to check out the chewables.

There are chocolate vitamins? Something about that seems wrong.

:jump: Yep, sure are. But I don't think I'd go so far as to compare it to a piece
of candy or anything. :) It sure beats those huge hard vitamins I used to take. Centrum comes in chewable now, too.

when I feel sick, I take prenatal vitamins.
They are chock full of everything I need.
