President Bush says North Korea's claim that it tested a nuclear weapon is a threat to international peace and said the world "will respond." I cannot help but wonder if we will be the only ones that will respond. I hope that this will not mean another conflict. Hopefully some type of diplomatic solution can be found. But I don't hold my breath that that will happen.

I do have a feeling these other nations are playing a wait and see game, waiting to see what we do. I just hope Bush plays this one carefully.
