I know this is probably the bigger thing to do as a human being. But as a parent I just don't see myself attending the funeral of the person who killed my child in cold blood.

Amish are very big on forgiveness. I can see myself understanding, in my brain, if the murderer was mentally incompetent, but I could not see myself accepting, in my heart, ever.
