FIRSTHAND INFO VERIFIES THE RESCUE EFFORT TOMORROW 9/20/05...............9TH WARD AREAS PLEASE POST EVERYWHERE: If you can help with rescuing in the 9th ward tomorrow, meet Bill, Florida Wildife Response, at 7 a.m. at the tent at the entrance to Lamar-Dixon in Gonzales. He has a green Doge truck with white lettering which reads:"Wildlife Emergency Response Team, State of Florida". 7 a.m. SHARP. URGENT URGENT URGENT. All day rescue. Bring lunch, water, everything you need.
Need people, trucks, vans, crates. MANY MANY DESPERATE Animals in that area need to be rescued NOW!!!! Situation is DESPERATE. Many many LIVE animals, but starving, emaciated, dehydrated, barely clinging to life. YOUR HELP IS NEEDED NOW.
Did get IVs into animals on-site today. However, Bill is losing 1/2 his team tomorrow. SO MANY ANIMALS in that area in SEVERE distress. If you can help with rescue, please meet at 7 a.m. at Lamar-Dixon. After that, they should be in area near N. Robertson and Franklin
