What we need is a way to connect people who are offering housing with people who need it through a secure third party verification system.
This is something we need to get working on immediately. The scammers are out in full force already.
Please contribute ideas on how to do this, so we can get something set up ASAP. This is why we all need to pull together and invest our time as well as our resources.
Please post only what you have to offer and where for right now, and check back frequently to see if you get any responses.
We also need to coordinate a way to get this information to the Red Cross.
