As a wife, mother, student, and part-time worker, fitting in exercise can be hard sometimes. Just wondering what tips anyone might have to keeping exercise a priority.

Danielle, how old is your child? If your child is still a tot, you might be able to find exercise classes that includes your child.

I've looked into the mom & tot thing, but they're out of my price range. I did find a gymnastics place that is open to the public two days a week, and it only costs $5 per day. My toddler had so much fun (and so did I). The bummer is that it's a little over 20 miles away from where we live.

Yeah, it is really hard to find time to exercise. What I usually do is sneak in at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. I pop in my Jane Fonda DVD as soon as I wake up or else I wouldn't be able to do it ever.

It's hard to find the time to fit it in recently we got a puppy and that's helping out a lot because we take her for long walks around the neighborhood.

This is something that's very difficult for me, too. The only thing that really works for me is to do something often enough that it becomes a routine... like if it's "treadmill for 30 minutes at 7:30" then I have to stick with it. If I do it often enough, it becomes a lot easier to drop whatever I'm doing at 7:30 and do the treadmill. :jump:
