Getting ready for the season

Does anyone have any special traditions or rituals you do before the start of the NFL season or even before watching a game?

My husband and I always have to get some pizza and Pepsi, nothing else, before we can sit down to watch the game. Very superstitious I know, but every little bit helps. :lol:

Hmm...I don't really do much, other than order pizza and/or wings or make some homemade chili, then sit down with my beverage of choice! Remarkably, I don't have too many pre-football game superstitions.

Always have to breakout the Redskins cups! Other than that, we don't have any rituals other than sitting in front of the screen the entire time yelling at the t.v. Oh, I forgot then there's the lug a throwpillow at the wall when the other tem scores.

We either eat pizza or order chinese.

We generally sit in front of the TV with some pizza and cold drink and keep on yelling if our favourate player has got the pass. Otherwise we go for a nice restaurant with a big screen and beer. We are very much involved in the game for the whole 90 minutes.
