Warm Weather

We are supposed to hit 70 degrees here tomorrow! Okay, all you that I know are well past that..this is a big deal for me lol.

I love being able to throw the windows open get the house all nice and clean. I think it makes a huge difference in my mood too.

We were low 90's high 80's all weekend then last night we had a cold front come and right now it is 68. which is better for my pepper plants, the heat was killing them.

Yes, this is that crazy time of year where we keep thinking we've finally had a season change only to revert back to cold weather!

I can easily live with warm sunny days and nice cool evenings though!

I just wish I wasn't one minute running the heat and the next the air conditioner! I do like to get a break from the big utility bills, even if it's just for a week or so!

And then there's the clothes issue. Everytime I'm SURE that I'm finished with the cold weather clothes, there I am again pulling something warm out of my storage box! Right now my dresser is half and half warm weather/cold weather clothes, and the rest are all over the place in boxes I'm trying to fill or empty. I will be happy when the weather makes up its mind!

Oh, and I've lost weight since last summer, so I'm a size down, so now to figure out what I can still wear, and where to dump the "big" clothes. As we girls know, we will keep clothes that are too small for us forever, but the minute something feels loose, out it goes!!

Our weathere here has gone from one extreme to the next it seems in the past month. We had approximately 2 weeks that it rained at least part of the day if not most of it. Then we had bad storms for approximately a week, were watching every day to make sure a tornado or hail storm did not get us!
Now its hot and dry been up to around 80 in the daytime but still nice at night. I just love to go out and sit on my deck in the evening and listen to the birds and the tree frogs and watch the stars. My kids get a kick out of looking at the stars and things as well. Its a nice quiet quality time that we can spend together doing not much of anything other than talking and getting settled down before its time for them to go to bed at night.
