Judges giving shorter sentences...

As with the Vermont Travesty posts yet another Judge is giving a shorter prision sentence do to the fact drug rehabilitation is not offered in the prision system.

This being an armed robbery! IMO, this is not right. Because the prision system does not offer rehabilitation these people are committing crimes and getting shorter sentences. Sorry, but I wouldn't want this person floating in my neighborhood. Yes, the probation is longer but still I don't think its fair. WDYT?

First of all, HOW can they consider this doofus that raped the little girl over a 4 year period , A LOW LEVEL SEX OFFENDER ?

Now they do this with a drug addict that uses a gun ?

Vermont is out of control, why not just announce to the world that its ok to commit henious crimes here and no need to pack a bag, we will set you free in no time.
