air transportation for home placements

I would like to start a project where sponsors can offer flights for displaced people to reach somebody's home. People can donate their frequent flyer miles or vouchers or just purchase a ticket, however they like to pay for it. We will simply match names with sponsors and with host families, and the sponsor will purchase the e-ticket for the person from location A to location B, and they will be put in touch with the host family who will be responsible for picking up the person(s) at the airport. Between the flight sponsor and the host family monitoring this process, hopefully we can ensure people actually make it their destination.
