I have a hard time with this issue. Yes, I have a Christmas tree and no I am not Jewish. But when I go into public places I don't pay attention all that much to the kind of decorations that are up or how an employee may greet me. I have friends of other religions and last year when this was brought up in the news they didn't understand it either. My one friend that is Jewish said that he doesn't take offense on what display is up. Maybe I am weird but if I walked into a store and all they had up was Hannaka (sp) decorations I would not be offended at all. I am not sure if I would even notice to be honest.
